I was looking for a sharp serrated paring knife. This one is a tad longer than I realized (my fault) and very, very sharp compared to my other knives, so be careful! I love it and it is my go to knife now.

I have been looking for a midsized sharp knife primarily for cutting meat, but hadn't found one that I liked, until now. I have small hands and this one is not too large to handle, and it is sharp! I have several knives that I bought that either aren't sharp enough or won't hold an edge for more than a couple of cuts. This one does, and I love it! I also bought the serrated paring knife and love it as well.

My only caution when recommending these knives is be careful because I'd be willing to bet they're so much sharper than you'd ever expect. I love Zyliss and the block looks nice in my kitchen.I guess if I was going to give one true criticism it would be that the 6 steak knives don't have the same fancy handles and almost feel like there's potential to slip which would be disastrous based on my review above. Unless that one day happens to me fingers crossed 🤞 then im sticking with my 5 🌟.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Zyliss utility knife. I had purchased the Zyliss paring knife a few months ago and love that so decided to try the utility knife which is a longer knife too. The knife is very sharp and will work perfectly for cutting meats, etc. The design is sleek and if it holds an edge (sharpness) like my paring knife than I will definitely be buying more Zyliss knives in other sizes. The price was reasonable, the shipping fast and free which was a great plus in these hard times of everything costing so much.

The knife has a very good weight feel to it. Very balanced, easy to hold. Big enough to cut most things but not so big as to be awkward or hard to control.It is *very* sharp. It comes zip tied in the packaging, with a cover on the tip only. It bit me getting it out of the package. Take my advice...don't try to muscle the zip tie open. You will lose (blood). Get another knife to cut the zip tie.It slices tomatoes like it is softened butter. If you slice a lot of tomatoes, you know that is the best test of a knife...and this one aces that test easily.I loved it enough, I bought another for my husband - for when we cook together...and sent a third to a friend.While I doubt I will need another knife any time soon...If I needed one, this is the one I would get.

The blade is sharp, great for chopping veggies, meat and herbs. Love the divet at the top for finger placement, making shopping easy and efficient. The only negative thing about this product is the fact that it is heavy.

I purchased this to replace a knife I had for almost 20 years after the handle snapped off. Wow - I am so impressed with the Zyliss Comfort Pro Serrated Paring Knife. It is a dream for cutting tomatoes (and any other vegetable) and trimming meat (and my finger - looks like I need some new knife skills). I have not tried it for bread, but I always use a larger bread knife for that. Not as good for cutting cheese as my old knife but will look for another option for that. Slightly heavier than my old knife, but handle is really comfortable and ergonomic.

The serrated paring knife is amazing. It’s sharp and well balanced and easy to clean. I love it so much I bought four.
