it lasted about a month and a half of normal functionality. then it posted error code e2, the water tank is full. i thought, ok 1.5 months then it needs to be drained no problem. after draining it i turned it back on and it only ran for an hour before filling up again and turning itself off... the second time i drained it a bunch of rust came out along with some metal particles, something clearly broke.my last portable ac unit just went through its 8th summer and still going strong, also ive never had to empty it a single time. maybe my expectations are too high but i still think a 6 week lifespan warrants a 1 star review.

Didn't realize the base plate was cracked which caused it to fall and break case I repaired it but it's hard to move but functional, don't be like me un pack and check when received I waited 2 month because we didn't need it yet.Works as advertised

Bought this because of the multifunctionality. Cooling function works well in my 700 sq. ft. apt. It's able to cool the room down but if the temperature gauge on the front is accurate, it hasn't gotten all the way down to the 71 degree setting. Usually hovers around 74-75. It also runs very loud and there is minimal difference between the fan speeds. When I first got it I turned on the dehumidifier and the humidity level actually went up to 78% from 64% according to my digital hygrometer. I've since purchased another dehumidifier with a digital read of the humidity level and it matches my other hygrometer, telling me that it wasn't the instrument giving me a false read. The hose and window exhaust are all I talked correctly, and I even weather stripped around it to minimize leaks. I haven't tried the heating function yet.

Works great in our vintage trailer. Like it so much, I bought a spare.

The ac didn't not cool down my room. It blow cool air on me but the whole room was hot and I left ac on for 7hrs or more

Pros: compactCons: Froze while AC was running, now trying to use the heat portion and it is not functioning at all. The unit is also extremely loud.

Does a good job hearing and cooling a good sized area.

I had it in one of my trucks and it worked the first summer. By next spring the compressor no longer kicks in for the AC. Also the heater wouldn't run heat on a 4500watt generator.

Excellent product
