Devine! Great diff in skin/nails/hair
When I take collagen every day, I take this creamer in my coffee, and after 2 weeks I seen a difference. My nails are so long, and grows fast. My hair falls less as well, and I don’t get hormonal breakouts of acne. To me it dissolves very well in hot water / hot coffee, the caramel taste is not strong at all, and it has 0 after taste. I love it, its lovely.

Nice efficient collagen
This isy 1st time using collagen powder .I just wanted to start on them to see if I could get an improvement in skin , hair nails and joints. So far so good !I love this product because :*this is easy to use* I don't find the caramel flavour too strong .*It works : nails , skin (including wrinkles) and hair have improved significantly. Both nails and hair are growing healthy .I use it in my morning coffee with milk .If I get a bump of powder ( which happen rarely ) I just use my mini hand milk frother to stear it .Overall I would recommend the product .

Does work
I liked this and I like the taste in my iced coffee and I did notice a difference in my skin and hair but it was just to expensive for me to buy it on a regular basis

Really good for hair and skin
Tastes beautiful stirred into coffee for elevenses!Really notice a difference in my hair and nails when I don’t use this, stopped for a while (as was waiting for it to come on offer) and hair felt thinner. Started again and noticed lots of baby hair growth.

Like it. Noticeable improvement in skin within a couple of weeks
Skin softer, less dry. Nails stronger. Tastes great, not over powering. Dissolves well in coffee.

Do not recommend
I do not recommend buying this product. It does not dissolve in the coffee, it’s very grainy. I don’t understand how it has so many positive reviews. I’m certain we’re not receiving the benefits from the collagen as the collagen is sat at the bottom of the cup

I'm not a fan but you might love it!
Now this is only my second experience with collagen as bought some soluble collagen to try recently from H and B but wasn't impressed with the taste so after reading reviews thought I'd try this.Unfortunately I'm still not big on the taste as can't get over the fact it distinctly tastes like I'm drinking gravy! Very weird experience. Maybe I have bought the wrong type of collagen as I know there are at least two types. I'm not saying it's awful but I was expecting a much pleasanter taste after reading all the reviews. For me it's just about drinkable in coffee but I can't say I enjoy it that much. As an ex vegetarian perhaps I'm more sensitive to these tastes but I doubt I'll buy this again.Obvs can't comment on it's health benefits at this point as it's only my second day trying it but looking forward to it at least bringing some benefits there! Wouldn't recommend... unless you enjoy the taste of gravy alongside your morning cuppa!Update, 5 days later and I've found if you reduce the amount to a small teaspoon or less and add a drop of extra vanilla flavour it's not half bad. Directions say to use a tablespoon in 200ml coffee which I followed and got the gravy experience. One teaspoon and I can almost say it's nice. Also can have another one later in the day to try and take the recommended amount. I'll try and update on any health benefits If I have them!
