Q: What are the ingredients.

Hi! It’s made from konjac. It’s a very healthy natural product. It absorbs the taste of other ingredients. I am very pleased with it.

Q: Please advise.. I rinsed before use as per instructions, but ended up as soup instead of a nice rice dish. What did I do wrong?

I think you over cooked it. Try cooking for one minute and rinse. I personally didn’t like the taste.

The dried rice has a better taste.
