This is awesome for my purposes! I wanted to put last year’s lenses in my Dopp kit so that if I forgot to pack a pair, I’d always have them when I travelled (my Dopp kit is pretty much grab and go; I only refill needed items after a trip and don’t think about it afterwards). The lens cases I had were either taking up too much real estate or not protective enough. This will definitely protect my glasses if they get mashed around in my bag, but it’s almost exactly the size of my glasses, which is great. The hinge does feel a bit flimsy though, so I can see it not standing up so daily use. But for less frequent use, it’s perfect!

Great quality product at a good price

I buy my reading glasses in a three-pack from Costco, and they used to come with hard cases, but lately have soft cases instead. Even the hard cases weren't that durable. This EZESO aluminum case is reasonably well-made for the price, and the lining protects the glasses from scratches.I initially bought only one, but I accidentally left it in my pants pocket. After going through the washing machine, the clip no longer held it closed. I liked it so much that I bought two more to replace it, and will be more careful to avoid putting it through the laundry.

Finally a glasses case that works. This thing is made out of stamped metal, painted outside and lined with velvet inside. It has a real hinge and a gentle snap closure. There are no springs to break, no plastic liners to crack, no external naugahyde covers to get scratched.... After going through an unending series of such cases, I've finally found the right one. One bonus.... this thing is measurably more compact than anything else of its kind, so it just sort of disappears in your coat or pants pocket, instead of creating that irritating bulge with the stretched fabric. Bravo, EZESO!

I need a small case, to fit in my pocket day in and day out. There are too few cases that fit the requirements.
