FluvalC2 Poly Foam Pad, Replacement Aquarium Filter Media, 3-Pack, 14008

Got rid of this C2 Fluval filter as it did not clean as well as advertised. The polyfoam filter pad purchased from this seller was excelleant quality. THIS NOT HIS PROBLEM. Replaced the Fluval C2 with an inexpensive filter from Pet Smart and no problems clean water and happy fish.

be honest, i love it .

This product is good for removing water debris from the aquarium. However the soft fabric filter on one side of the sponge gets dirty very quickly and rinsing it in aquarium water does not remove enough of the dirt. After several uses this insert becomes very dirty. You could try to remove the soft fabric from the sponge and add your own thin fine filter fabric to the sponge. It is then replaceable without compromising the sponge.

I always get these since my filter requires them. They must be good if they keep my tank clean for months at a time

Ever since PetSmart stop selling these I have to get them on here and they're way cheaper. Changing the self gives you brand new mechanical filtration. I recommend to change these out during your water change or before your water change.

Always go with OEM Fluval products. Thy made the filters and keep it running the way it should. No reason to cut corners.

Despite the fight it went through before arriving here, still is a good product. I suggest Anger Management.
