I purchased the Gi1Kit rather than the Si2Kit because I could get the kit quicker. The kits are the same except for the directions. I used the green bushing and followed the appropriate instructions from bushingfix.com's website for my 2006 Tahoe. The new bushing took only minutes to install and seems to work great! The price seems high for a tiny piece of plastic, but it saved me purchasing a whole new shift cable ($45 on Amazon or $78 from dealer) and paying $150+ for installation.

This product is a life saver someone who didn't know this simple part existed and attaches pretty easily might have bought a whole new shift cable mechanism instead.

Lost this bushing on a shopping trip, limped the truck home and ordered this. It went right in and worked perfectly. 2003 GMC Sonoma.

This honestly worked for a 1992 Buick Riviera, that they no longer make some parts for. Fixed the shifter cable, so it stays attached!

I used this on 1998 Suburban. I couldn't find the bushing anywhere else. Make sure you get all the old rubber out, I had to scrape pretty good. Customer service was amazing I called and a very nice lady answered all my questions and gave me some clear directions.
