Product overviewMuch sturdier that I expected. It’s heavy for it’s size and the safe is of full metal construction (including the sides). Pneumatic rod operates smooth and is quick to respond. The size is large enough to store an MP Shield, Glock and extra magazines along with space to store papers. If you are looking for a fireproof safe to store your papers in this box is not advertised as fireproof and it is not. This is an excellent product and I would recommend it to others.Biometric scanner – took less that 2 minutes to set up Thumb and 2 fingers from both hands. Of multiple test I’ve only had the scanner fail 2 times and in both cases, I did not leave my finger in place but gave a quick tap. I have also tested rotating my finger/thumb from the position I originally scanned the finger. Even at 180 degree rotation, the scanner worked.Foam padding for the bottom has convenient double-sided tape to stick to the bottom of the safe after installation.Instructions were clear except they did not specifically state how to store additional fingerprints. To store additional fingerprints, repeat the process.Battery compartment, was a clean fit and opened/closed properlyCons:I tested at night and wish it had lighted buttons/bio-scanner as well as a light inside. I was however able to quickly locate the bio-scanner and opened the safe on first attempt and remove firearm quickly. On a positive note, no light means an intruder can’t see you reaching for your firearm. A light would highlight you for the intruder.

The media could not be loaded. LOVE this product!!! Very sturdy and well built. Setup was very easy. Popped the batteries in, and had multiple fingerprints saved as well as adding a passcode using the number pads, within minutes. The pneumatic rod is smooth and the safe opens pretty quickly. I saw another review about the dependability of the biometric scanner, but I have tested it about 50 times using 2 different fingers (thumb and index) each, and it has opened every time within a second or two. This was exactly what I was looking and hoping for in a safe and it has delivered. Worth every penny and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a great safe to keep your handguns in!

I own this one and the small one for a single pistol for transportation. I love this safe, easy to use, not super heavy, but made with great quality materials. I'm telling you if you need a safe get this one! I've become a great fan of Wincent.

Bigger than I thought it would be which was a plus for me! The ease of use is great and the set up process was easy! This is a great product and I recommend it!

This seems to be a very well made lock box. It’s large enough to store 2 handguns and extra magazines. The directions are straight forward and easy to follow. Programming the keypad was also simple. The issue I’m experiencing is that after successfully adding finger prints, I’m able to open the lock box using the biometric reader. Everything is fine. The next day however, the biometric reader doesn’t read my fingerprints to open the box. I can use the keypad to open the box, just not by using the biometric reader. It’s a shame as this seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully the seller/manufacturer can give me some insight as to how to get past this issue.
