No, but I wouldn't freeze it either.

Q: Is the bottle refillable?

No, what I did was to buy the three 16 oz bottles and purchased 2 oz eye dropper bottles and refill them. Works better and a lot less expensive.

Q: Can this be returned for refund if doesn’t work or causes rash?

they were horrible, this product burned and gave me a rash but Amazon was wonderful and gave me a credit.

A roll on bottle goes a long way. I wouldn't buy a gallon.
