Yes. The answer is that you MUST use the HDMI cable they provide with the HDMI, USB and audio inputs that plug into the computer end and just the lone HDMI input that goes into the monitor. NOT JUST ANY HDMI CABLE WILL DO. So if there's already and HDMI cable in your monitor, take it out and use their magic cable with all the USB, audio and HDMI that go into your computer. It took me a little while to figure this out.

I am not sure I really understand your question, but I will answer it based on what I think you are asking... The KVM comes with two cables that are "HDMI". Really the cables are HDMI cables with a USB cable attached. Think if them as two different cables, though they are attached together which technically makes them one cable. The USB part of the combined cable connects to a USB port on the PC. There is a USB port on the back of the KVM that allows you to connect a USB device to be shared by both computers. I use mine for a keyboard and mouse. I hope that helps.

Yes, it works great. As their documentation states, I had to move the blue tooth sender for my mouse to the front of the unit to get the scroll wheel to work. My wired keyboard works great from the back.

Q: How do you turn off the beep? I have tried [right ctrl]+[right ctrl]+[b]+[enter]

I tried that same sequence, as outlined in the manual, and it did not work for me either. In fact I found it hard to switch "Hot Keys" back off after trying it.

It works

I needed a KVM to assist in working from home. I had tried a more expensive KVM but could not get it to hold the connections in a stable manner so I had to send it back. I searched for another device and found the CKL unit (which was half the price of the previous one). I unpacked it and was surprised how small it was. I connected everything to it and it worked first time and has remained working ever since. I can switch by keyboard, mouse, button or a wired remote. Picture quality is great and my wireless keyboard (KLIM) works with no problems.I am using a DVI-to-HDMI adaptor on my desktop and two Displayport-to-HDMI connectors on my laptop. I also had to get a (Sabrent) external USB sound adaptor for my laptop to connect sound and microphone (the laptop had no suitable ports).The only issue I have had is that, very occasionally, my wireless mouse (Microsoft) sometimes gets over exuberant with scrolling. I have found that if I turn the KVM off and back on again it fixes it (or unplug the mouse dongle and reinsert it).All-in-all a great little device and good value for money.

CKL-922HUA_Highly Recommended_Great Customer service- Instructive and Informative

I bought CKL HDMI to work from home with 2 laptops, company's laptop and a customer laptop. Working in small screen is not desirable so I wanted to be able to switch between two laptops to get them displayed in 24" monitors.At first I did not get the switch to work, so I did contact their customer service getting a very informative and instructive response. Thanks to the instructions I did manage to get the Switch working. In addition Johnny (CKL Customer Service Agent ) provided me with other tips in relation to connecting the 2nd video output.CKL KVM highly recommend!!

CKL could not have been more nice but unfortunately I could just not get this to work. Ordered a second one which still didn't. Am still waiting in a refund for this

Convenient KVM switch

Very convenient to be able to share screens/keyboard and mouse between a Desktop and laptop. Minor issues with wireless mouse mean I still have to move donhle between devices
