I have only drank this tea in the evening. I find it relaxing. Don’t know if it helps me sleep as I don’t have any issues sleeping.

I think a lot of tea bags are made of filter paper; a sachet is fabric that holds the tea in a little bundle.

I wished I didn't buy it after receiving the tea. For the price I was disappointed.

Sleep like a baby

I’m on my fourth box already, I drink it after a hot shower and a melatonin tablet. The tea helps to stay asleep the whole night.

Simple awesome tea but plastic bags?

It does have a nice licorice tone to it - and super great at bedtime. Wish it wasn’t in plastic mesh bags. They look nice, but the impact of plastic is real. I empty the tea into my own infuser.
