Not sure if you are having the same difficulty I had when I was putting mine together recently, but I was having trouble locating where that hole is near the sticker "TO ADJUST THE ARM TENSION HERE." You have to press down the arm so the arm is horizontal, and then I was able to finally see the hole for adjustment. If this isn't your issue, hopefully others/the seller can address the issue. Good luck.

I have this same question. I do not see specs on the minimum space required for the unit between the monitor and wall. In my current configuration with my monitors sitting on my desk they are 5" off the wall. I am hoping this unit can retain that minimum space while giving more flexibility in placement and height.
