VirbacEnzymatic Toothpaste For Dogs, Poultry Flavour 70G

This toothpaste really works. I’ve just bought my second tube. I use it daily. My dog, a cavapoochon, had tartar and plaque build up and her breath wasn’t good! However after using it for a few weeks the plaque and tartar have almost gone and her breath is fresher too. My dog likes the poultry flavour and I have no problem brushing her teeth. I use a small head tooth brush rather than a finger one. I don’t often write reviews but I thought others might find my experience useful.

Have used this toothpaste for all my dogs over many years. Works well, does the job and dogs love the flavour. No problem with teeth care.

The toothpaste is a great price and must have for dog owners. Enzymatic toothpaste works by breaking down plaque so it’s a great preventative toothpaste. I’ve been using it for years. There’s no nasty smells and both my dogs love the taste (I always let them try before brushing). It’s easy to use but can become quite sticky between uses so does need a wipe around the end of the tube but that’s the only downside.

Excellent !!My fussy boxer loves brushing teeth now.I can’t really smell it .. but must be something that she likes about it.I use it with the finger brush .. 2-3 times a week .. and the change in her breath is shocking .. it’s just really fresh now :)

One dog loves the taste the other doesn’t but seems to keep the teeth clean with daily brushing

Sorbitol is the first ingredient in this toothpaste, I hadn't realised, but apart from That it can cause upset to the dogs digestive system even in small doses, very disappointed with myself for not first off realising and fact it's been allowed in this product. However,I used a small amount once on my doggos teeth, he hasn't got horrific teeth by any means, he's only 4, but they do have yellow staining from time to time even though he gets natural chew items, anyway, this toothpaste removed them first time, but I'm not using it every day,once a week,as I'm wary about the sorbitol and he has allergies and they upset his tummy and he gets reflux. But so far I think using it once weekly is ok.
