Right fit. Shape mmmm
A bit small and not a rounded head. Maybe I order the wrong shape. But good quality for sure

These are amazing, just gotta make it through the first couple days.
I have big ears, always use the largest tips that come with IEM's outta the box, so I ordered the large tips. Paired them with 7hz Legato and for the first two or three days I found the tips rather uncomfortable and the seel was not great. But I'm glad I stuck with it because after the tips start to take the shape of your ear, they become amazing. Very comfortable (they've literally shaped to your ear) the seal is the best I've used, kinda like foam tips but more comfortable and less fuss. Texture is a little tacky in the beginning, making it a little tough to insert, but again just hang in there because that does go away and it is worth the wait.

Expensive but worth it if you want the best fit and sound
To start with, ear tips are subjective. These have a very tacky feel to them. If you're used to the old "twist and insert" method for earbuds, it'll feel weird and not be as easy with these compared to smoother silicone tips. I found the best way was to straighten the ear canal by slightly pulling my earlobe, and then inserting with a good squish, being careful not to put too much pressure into the ear. The way they stick to your ears are what keeps a good seal, prevents movement and allows for great sound. The main thing that drove me to these was that no ear tips would ever stay in my left ear for long before shifting, breaking the seal that's important for good sound and ANC. Small tips that sit deeper, larger tips; they all would start to fall out. Obviously ears are a very individual part with all sorts of shapes and sizes but I can't be alone in having issues with fitment. These are the ONLY set that have ever stayed put for a couple hours at a time. I use them at work primarily where it was annoying and awkward to have to adjust every 5 or 10 minutes; this has been eliminated.Definitely worth it if you have similar issues, just remember that size does matter. My advice is to find out the size that works best for you with whatever tips are included with your earbuds, and then order the right set of Xelastic. They have a small bit of tolerance and deform nicely as they warm up, so you don't have to pull out the calipers to check sizing but you'd want to know if you're generally a S, M or L before taking a gamble.Only thing that remains is to see how they last over time. Cleaning is pretty simple, just wipe with a damp paper towel and air dry, which is needed often due to dust buildup. No alcohol on these or you'll ruin them.

So far so good!
Although I would like the noise cancellation to be better, that may be just as good as any of these get? I've tried multiple ear tips, including those that came with the Sony WF-1000MX4 and so far these are the best hands down in terms of comfort, fit and overall qualities. Telephone calls work well, music sounds excellent and the most comfortable of any others I tried. Again, wish the noise cancellation was better but its still the best I tried! I would love to try the Crystal version of these but I spent enough on these. If you're undecided, definitely make the purchase, you wont be disappointed!

Not for everyone...
Bought it for Sony's earphones as recommended for gym use, turns out those can get really hot and sticky inside my ears, I cannot wear them for more than 15min at max.
