Q: The price is ridiculous!!! $30 for something sold for less than $14 at the stores

It costs more than $14 just to ship them. They are being hand delivered to ypu. There is a cost associated wirh that. You obviously have never mailed or shipped anything, ever.

Q: Do these tools have warranty?

Harbor Freight sells these for $14. The have a Lifetime Warranty, just take it back to a HF store. Call first to make sure.

Q: Item shows it features double insulated (black/red) grip handles, is this exactly how they will arrive?

In my set there is no red insulation, it's all black. The set itself is a very nicely finished quality set. As a retired industrial mechanic I can only wish that I had a set of these on all the times I replaced vacuum and high pressure air tubing and hose. I'd gladly buy these again .

Q: How do you keep the gripping "teeth" on the jaws from digging into and damaging the rubber hoses as you twist, turn, pull, and push on the hose?

Always grip the hose and push the hose off, never pull or twist. Spraying it with Mercury Marine Power Tune helps loosen it. Don’t use WD40 or any petroleum product it will melt hose. Sometimes it is beneficial to use a right angle pick or hose pick to break the hose loose if it’s extra stubborn. Hope that helped
