For instance, we highly recommend that you enable both the HDR and B.I.+ features simultaneously. This HDRi combination will result in an even more optimized HDR performance as your monitor can detect the ambient lighting before balancing the settings automatically. Besides a more vibrant color reproduction as well as clarity with less washout effect, you can always fine-tune each of its individual settings to enjoy your content the way you prefer too. Hdr modes keep dimming the monitor. it looks great for a couple seconds then it dims way too dark. is there a way to disable b.i+ in hdr mode?

Please be informed that When you select Game HDRi or Cinema HDRi from HDR Mode, the Bright Intelligence Plus feature will be enabled automatically to enrich your viewing experience. If you wish to disable the B.I.+ Function on its own, please switch it to Display HDR Mode on the EX2780Q monitor by the following instructions: OSD Menu> Color> HRD Mode> Display HDR. By doing so, the B.I.+ Function can be switched off manually and allow you to enjoy your content the way you prefer. For more details, please refer to page 43 of our User Manual here:

why is this 600 bucks now? it was 450 in may when I bought it

I know it is worth every penny even at 600.00 but I like you got mine for a lot less. I conceder myself lucky to have gotten it for the price I did, but I would still buy it for the 600.00 price it is that good. I am a photographer and I really enjoy editing now with this monitor. Gamming is much better also. Buy one, you won't regret it.
