It works
My horse had a raised nickel sized sarcoid over his topline spine under saddle areaI found Vets dismissive advising against topicals Suggesting to keep an eye on it as it would be difficult to excise tumor and find enough tissue for closureThis product is great After 3 cycles of 4 day treatment and 6 days rest in betweenA very thick scab forms over the tumor "a biological " dressingThat scab falls off exposing the shrinking tumorBest to lift the scab and apply product to the necrotic tumor tissue ,not on the hardened scabI added a thin layer of ichthammol ointment after each cycle and covered with thin gauze for the 6 day resting periodThe horse tolerated this process very wellThe sarcoid is completely vanishedIt has been 9 months and no recurrent sarcoidWell worth the purchase price

Both sarcoids healed completely.
My horse got two on her neck. I only put it on the smaller sarcoid four times and they both went away. Now that she has her winter coat I can’t tell where they were. I highly recommend this product. It saved me a lot of money. It saved my horse a lot of misery.

Amazed this works!
My mare had a small sarcoid on her chest. Last year the vet surgically removed it, which was quite invasive, and then treated it with electrochemotherapy, which was $$ and caused a lot of inflammation. The tumor came back this winter, so I decided to try Xxterra. I applied it for 4 days as directed, and about three days after that, I noticed the edge of the tumor was lifting off. I soaked the area with a warm washcloth and gently peeled the tumor away. It looks like healthy flesh underneath, and no hole like the surgery required. Hoping it stays away this time, but I will treat it with Xxterra right away if it starts coming back. I only needed a fraction of the 1 oz jar for this initial treatment.

It works!
This stuff is the real deal. My vet recommended for to use on my dog whom as a massive wart virus. Use this stuff 1st before other treatments. Before learning of this product some of the warts were surgically removed and also burned off with CO 2 laser by vet and they grew back. Save your $$ and use XXterra first. Only buy from 'your fit pet' or vetline Equine. They are they only legitimate seller on amazon. The super thick warts need 2 or 3 applications over a period of several weeks. Don't over do it. put the red cream on for 3 days straight and then do nothing for a week. It should start to dry up and get hard. It may look like the wart begins to get Ozzy a little white puss or blood under the scabby area. That's a sign its killing the wart in my experience. try and make sure your pet does not scratch off or it may become a bloody mess. It is bright red so make sure it dries if using on a indoor dog or it may make a mess on furniture.

Worked for us.
This product worked for us. Given there are many forms of sarcomas and each horse may react differently, my experience leaves me to believe there is no one predictable experience - but I would definitely recommend this product. My horse had a bulbous tumor near where the rear of the saddle sits. It was the size (and color) of one of those small purple potatoes. Applied the product daily for four days; then stopped. During this initial phase, she seemed like she did not feel well (head down, slow - yet still eating well) and swelling occurred in a much broader area than I expected; the behavior did not reoccur with subsequent application periods, but the immediate area was apparently more tender to her on certain days of treatment. With the first application treatment, over the next five 'off' days the tumor shrunk, but then seemed to stabilize. Applied product for another four days, then stopped for five days. Did this sequence five times total until the tumor was gone and just the flat scab remained. All in all, approximately two and a half months of treatment. I bought the one ounce bottle and used half to 3/4 total. During the shrinking-oozing phases, I cleaned the wound with OTC hydrogen peroxide at first, then a tea tree spray. The tumor will shrink and break open, then scab and drop leaving a fleshy mound/wound. I treated it until there was no more 'mound' and a small divot could be detected in the flesh - hopefully the root of the tumor, also gone. I think mine took so many treatments because of the size and depth it was allowed to get to before treatment.

Works!!
It works really good on sarcoids that are round knobs. Doesn’t work super good on flat ones but works excellent on round knobs

Apprehensive but it worked.
I was a bit horrified to try this product after reading some of the reviews. I did do it in consultation with a vet. In the end it worked amazingly well. Our 10-year-old Australian Shepherd had a non-cancerous mast head tumor near her spine. Tried two vets and neither were anxious or interested in removing it surgically because of the location. The second vet recommended that we try this stuff with the caveat that if the dog didn't respond well we could provide her some pain relief and discontinue use.We shaved around the tumor and applied a generous portion on the tumor. Thankfully, the dog had no real reaction and didn't even try to paw at it, lick it off, or roll around on her back. After the third day, the tumor was drying and scabbed over so we discontinued use. While it was scabbing we applied some water with a bandage to keep the scab soft. About 3 or 4 days later the whole thing just completely fell off. Started treating the area and happy to say that about a month later our dog is as good as new.I definitely wouldn't go using this stuff unless you know what you're doing or working with a vet. That being said, for our dog it worked great in a situation that didn't allow for typical removal. As far as we could tell there was relatively little or no suffering and the long term benefit is a happier dog who is moving around better.

Worked for my horse
My horse had small sarcoids under a dime size and this stuff worked in one round of applications. It looked pretty ugly for the first week but after 3 weeks no sign of the sarcoids.
