Q: is there a bolt to add/remove mass for tuning purposes?

There's aren't. But you could glue weights to the back

Instructions do not mention adding weights at all. From my experience-you don't need to.

I do mid-and high end drivers. One Wrath 15 pounded the piss out my car. Sealed at 2 cubes and added one cube for the radiator. I liken it more closer to the output of a 4th order box than a ported one. No port noise is great and probably better in a SUV or Hatchback. Still sounds very clean in my trunk. Follow the directions and you'll be a very, very, happy customer. Building a new box right now with 2 Earthquake 15dbxi's and two Radiators. So far, I've made 2 other boxes with these Radiators. The other box has 2 DC Audio Level 3s tuned to 32hz and one radiator in that box also destroys the car. I make sealed and ported enclosures but maaaaan these horned Radiators dominate!

Q: How is this tuned for lower frequency? I don’t see holes for weight?

Just add 9x14x14 to your box-no weights needed like a regular radiator. It actually feels like it lowered my tuning from 35 to 25-28hz things shake so violently in the car.
