BendyFigs Lord of The Rings Sauron

For being so inexpensive, I am amazed at the quality. It's painted well, and I would say accurately. It's kind of a semi pliable plastic, perhaps bendable??, but I don't want to risk it. It comes with a nice, round stand and he can hold himself up fine. My only complaint is that his hand doesn't actually close around his mace, but I wrapped a tiny clear hairband around his hand and now it's staying put. Love this little fella.

this sauron mini figure is a perfect addition to my tolkien collection. the detail on his armor is really nicely done and he stand up really well. i will note that the weapon attachment does not easily stay attached to his hand, but that's not a big deal to me personally. i find it very worth it for the cheap price point and he looks great next to my lego tower of Barad-dûr.

I bought this figure for a Christmas present. I didn’t want to leave it in the original box. I wanted to paint it and showcase it off better. I did paint it and added lights around him. I had a light up rose in a glass case (I bought off amazon). I cut the rose out and reused the lights. I think it turned out pretty nice

It looks awesome. Horns came bent and curved, dipping them in boiled water fixed that. He can't grip his weapon, at all; I used some wire to fasten it to his hand. It's nice that you can't see any joints or hinges but the trade-off is he can barely move. Bend his arms or legs too far and it'll be obvious that he has no elbows or knees, the whole limb just sort of curves like a stiff tentacle, but the rubber is so thick at the shoulders and hips that you're not gonna get any significant movement out of them. With enough effort you might be able to only bend them at the elbows or knees. He fits snuggly on the base and hasn't fallen off but might if he's leaning too far forward. I don't think the wires continue to his toes so I just adjust and balance the body around the fixed angle of the ankles. Probably more of an aesthetic posture choice rather than a structural choice. I don't mind his base pose though.What does bother me that I don't know how to fix is that his mace handle is also kinda soft, and sags. I turn it upside down and it begins to return to normal but then passes it and sags again in the new direction. Only takes a couple days at 70° before the handle looks like a bow. *Edit I found one angle where it doesn't seem to sag so idk.It's a great statue that will never break if it's dropped or packed away.

Several reviews mention that the weapon does not fit Sauron's hand. Well, mine does - perfectly. His right hand is formed into a grip in which his mace fits firmly and stays put without any effort. Yes, the mace is kind of soft but is not bent and maintains its proper shape. It is a really well detailed and made figure I am very pleased and highly recommend it

Husband absolutely loved it and immediately placed it on his desk. It is made of great quality and stands wonderfully on the stand provided. He is about 6 to 7 inches tall and perfect for a desk, bookshelf, or small space within the home. This item makes a great gift for any Lord of the Rings fan!

This model made for a great gift....for myself!It has great durability. Doesn't feel flimsy at all. And the details are spot on to this iconic character!
