Q: Is this game NTSC or PAL ?

It is on HD, which shouldn't matter of PAL or NTSC.

Q: Ive just installed the game yesterday and it worked after some time and now i wanted to play it its not working anymore? How is that possible?

Something similar happened to me as well. I put another game in the console and let it load once it loaded I put Zumba back in and it loaded. I hope this works for you.

Q: For the XBOX ONE, do you have to have the Kinect to use it?

There's already a Kinect attached to the Xbox one. With the Xbox 360 it's not upgraded with that part so you have to buy it separate. So yes it requires the Kinect that's already attached to your Xbox one

Best dancing game ever!

Best dancing game on all platforms and of all time.It is great, that there is real dancers, not 3d models.And what a songs. There a terrific. Especially Brazil and Costa Rica ones.So, recommend for everybody.
