Doesn’t bother my Cockatoo and most of all get the right and it will not hurt your birdcage
Perfect fit for my cockatoo doesn’t bother my birdcage all took a few days for her to get used to it but it’s made out of heavy duty polished and rounded stainless steel and it has a really strong hoop so not to ever lose you bird and now I’m buying two more for my two sun conure that’s how good they are I would recommend this buckle to any bird owner who is buckle training your bird I’d give five plus stars

Tiny.
Very small. Very well made and smooth. Might fit a Cockatiel. Certainly doesn't fit a Macaw or Orange Wing Parrot or a crow-sized bird.

To small and flimsy, poor closure.
The idea is good, but like most products not tested in the real world. Even the largest size turned out to be one (1/4) inch too small for my Greenwing Macaw for a mildly comfortable fit. To have split ring for closure. ??? Thus bird can bend a penny! Even for a smaller bird, I’d have to use pliers to put it on and off.

Bird ring
I couldn’t figure out how to open it plus it is too big for my tiny bird. Sizing description should put examples of birds suited next to the sizes for those of us who took a risk on their company

Good quality and is the Perfect size for my Scarlet macaw.
While she is NOT happy about it, it will keep her from flying away again!

Fits sun conure
It fits my sun conure perfectly but definitely requires either a very well trained bird to put in or two people due to how sturdy the O ring is I can’t wait to bring my feathered friend outside

The best way to take my birds outside!
I have my IRN that I want to take out with me, so I bought the Aviator for almost $50 and she shredded the harness very quickly. I ended up getting another and the same thing. I tried the poop suit and she would scream like I'm killing her, she would just be biting her way out of the suit. Way too much $$s and stress to get her outside! When I found this anklet, and looked around for the leash, I couldn't believe how simple it is!! She really doesn't like being on the leash but it didn't take long for her to get used to it. My IRN loves going out for walks and she does fly from me; but because the leash is like a rubberband, it's easy for her to fly back to me. Now I have all of my gccs, dusky and sun with their anklets. They are so happy to be outside with me;-D!To everyone of the NAY-sayers that say I'm going to break my bird's leg, I tell them 'my birds, my choice'.
