This is a solid, well made cabinet. It feels and looks substantial. The only down sides for me were the assembly instructions were not great, especially with regard to the drawer slides. I'm very good at putting stuff together, even when the instructions are just pictures, but this one took longer than most. The smallest screws are soft and easy to rim out as the cabinet material is very hard even with starter holes.

The cabinet is sturdy and attractive, and the parts were well labeled, but the directions were dreadful All pictures, no narrative. (In this case, pictures were NOT worth a thousand words. We hired a handyman to put it together.)Installation of the sink was problematic because the gaskets under the drain basket were thin and the plastic piece designed to keep all of it together didn’t. We had to buy a new gasket and a new assembly with a brass fitting to prevent leakage. Finally, the faucet has a sprayer that pulls down; that’s a great feature. pThis was not a cheap sink/cabinet and ,in retropect, I might have gotten a deep, stainless steel utility sink had I known how much more it would cost to get it assembled and installed to work properly.

The cabinet instructions are limited pictures only, you have to try and figure it out.The water hose is 1/2 in connection when I had a 3/8 connectionIt looks good once it's finish, nice finish material. It took me 4 hours to put together. After I completed, I could put another one together in hour and half.

I really liked the look of this and the dimensions of the utility tub for our laundry room makeover. Specifically the sleek look with the stainless steel sink. I was nervous to pull the trigger because there weren’t any review, but I’m so glad I did! It came neatly and securely packaged without damage.I consider myself an intelligent and savvy woman, But I don’t necessarily gravitate towards assembling things. My husband really enjoys doing that and he’s super handy. However, he was away on a trip and I was very anxious to get this put together! It took me about two hours (in between a glass of wine) total. At first I was slightly overwhelmed by the wordless instructions and the amount of parts, but once I got everything sorted into piles it really was fairly easy. And I celebrated my feat by having another glass of wine.I didn’t hook it up to the plumbing, (let’s not get crazy). I waited a few days for my husband to get back and he did that in no time at all. Overall we are really happy with his purchase!

Cannot recommend. Cheap particleboard, bad assembly instructions. Cheap hinges with uneven recesses, came with screws that don’t sit properly causing the doors to be slightly open. Cheap laminate coating cracking immediately from assembly. Faucet is cheap plastic. Drain assembly is also junk. The basin is perhaps the only redeeming quality as a single piece drop in assembly, wish it had a back lip to prevent water from pooling. I’ll replace this as soon as I can.

Very nice quality but horrible directions. Sink is great quality as well as the cabinet.

Cabinet was fairly easy to assemble, and the unit fit the space it was intended for perfectly. The sink top is beautiful, sturdy and of good quality. Would definitely order it again.
