Sotolongo Aged Oloroso Vinegar is made from the famous Oloroso grapes, which have been made famous by the sweeter variety of sherry. This sherry is made from wine that is aged in American oak barrels, which gives a lovely red-gold hue to the vinegar and a full, slightly oaky flavor.
