My naturepath doctor recommended I use this product for my overall health (age 60) and hormone balance. I also find it greatly eases dryness.

Powerful!
Be careful with dosing! I know many recommend 20mg twice per day but 20 mg knocked me on my butt lol. Helped me sleep really well (which I needed) but I felt hung over next day. So I cut dose in half next time and still slightly groggy next morning but not nearly as bad. I’m using with a half dose of pure wild yam cream which controls my hot flashes but doesn’t control sleep.

Works!
Going through perimenopause/menopause is already difficult. Hormones are all out of whack! I found this and as soon as I used it, I was able to sleep better and start losing some of the menopause belly that is common at this stage! It's easy to rub in and hasn't caused any issues for my extra sensitive skin. I'm ordering more, for sure!

Amazing for PMS
I can’t go without this stuff. I love the lavender scent but they don’t sell it anymore. The unscented is just like a lotion scent. This stuff has helped my cycles so much!!!
