Dang good hot sauce
Of course it's subjective but I found this to be very tasty and not so hot I'm in pain.

Yellowbird never disappoints
I was really impressed by the rich smoky flavor of the roasted ghost pepper. Also, they don't thin down their sauces with vinegar. This sauce has a thick viscosity, and balances heat with flavor. Add to cart.

FLAVOR & HEAT !
Finally a ghost pepper hot sauce with a "kick" AND FLAVOR. Similar great flavor as two of my favorites: Del Taco & Taco Bell sauces, but with a "creep up on you kick" ! Yummy hot sauce on Steroids! 😁 ... no need to go to Taco Bell anymore, for their hot sauce. This one = $14.99 for a large 19.6 oz, convenient soft-squirt bottle ! Gonna try the Habanero one next.

Versatile smokey sauce for most foods
Yellow Bird's Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is a fiery delight that takes taste buds on an exhilarating journey. This sauce, boasting the boldness of ghost peppers, balances intense heat with a symphony of flavors, creating an experience that's both thrilling and delicious. The first impression hits with a punch of heat, courtesy of the notorious ghost pepper. However, what sets this hot sauce apart is its well-crafted flavor profile. It doesn't just rely on scorching heat; it offers depth and complexity. A delightful blend of tangy citrus, savory garlic, and a hint of sweetness from organic fruits provides a multidimensional taste that complements the intense spice. The consistency is perfect—smooth and pourable without being too thin, allowing for easy application without overwhelming your dish. It's versatile, adding an electrifying kick to everything from tacos and eggs to soups and marinades. For spice enthusiasts, the heat is exhilarating but not overpowering, allowing the flavors to shine through. It's a testament to Yellow Bird's commitment to quality ingredients and careful craftsmanship. The use of real fruits and fresh vegetables rather than artificial additives or preservatives ensures a more natural and enjoyable spicy experience. While not for the faint of heart, Yellow Bird's Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is a must-have for those seeking a balance between intense heat and exceptional flavor. It's a fiery companion that adds an exciting zing to any culinary adventure, turning ordinary meals into extraordinary, tongue-tingling delights.

Clean heat, great flavor, the best hot sauce ever!
Edited 12/2/18: My obsession continues unabated. I still think this is the best hot sauce ever.I mix it with a little mayo and use it as a sandwich spread. I add it to chilli, spaghetti sauce, soups, and stews. I love it with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I've been known to put it on pizza and pasta. I've even taken it with me to restaurants because I hate the standard hot sauce, like Tabasco, available there. It's great with pho or Mexican food!I'm addicted!Original review:I am obsessed with this hot sauce. I put it on everything. I used the Secret Aardvark hot sauce for years, but the Yellowbird Habanero has surpassed it as my favorite hot sauce. Aardvark is tomato based, so it has a stronger flavor profile than this sauce, which isn't always a good thing. I don't mean to imply that Yellowbird is all heat, no taste, but the taste is really clean and light; you get just a tiny hint of sweetness, followed by a burst of heat, and then a citrus finish. Citrus (especially lime) is my favorite flavor; I eat it with everything. Yellowbird Habanero has just that hint of lime (it also includes tangerine juice) to make me happy. As for the heat level, that is so subjective I'm not sure how to rate it. I love spicy stuff and put hot sauce on everything, but I still like to taste my food. Yellowbird Habanero is a perfect heat level for me; it definitely has a good kick, but it's not overwhelming to the point that your mouth is burning and you can't taste anything. It has about the same heat level as the Aardvark; it's hotter than Sriracha (and much better).I have also tried Yellowbird's Jalapeno sauce, which I really like (it's not as spicy as the Habanero), although the Habanero remains in top place. I wish I could buy the Habanero in a multi pack, because I go through it like candy.
