Not happy customer
No refunds, returns or replacements. Tried to contact them and no one reached out to find out what happened.Anyhow, when I wash it, water filters between the inner cup and the outer cover. In can tell when I pour hot water inside, water comes out from the bottom and pours on top on the yerba; I don’t know, something weird but I know that eventually that could create mold for to the stagnant water in the bottom of the mate cup. Will see how it goes but not satisfied that no one even tried to reach out to see how they can solve the problem. Would not recommend.

Not as expected
Poor quality in general… came with a black stain on the side… the inside of the mate is plastic… don’t waste your money on this product. The return isNOT through Amazon so you’ll get less than half the price for the return.
