HONEYSEW Foot Adaptor 0019477000 Compatible with Bernina

This Bernina Adaptor is exactly what I needed for my Bernina sewing machine, model 1090. As mentioned by the seller's product description, this adaptor foot is for the older model Bernina machines that do not have needle threaders built-in. Older models require feet that are not offset to accommodate the needle threader. This adaptor is required for me to attach the Westalee Ruler Foot (low shaft) so I can quilt on my Bernina using rulers. Yeah! Having a ball now that I have this adaptor!

Perfect for adding some specialty presser feet to my collection. I have been sewing a lot more than before and am enjoying the challenges I conquer, and these new feet are exciting to use, now that I have the Bernina adapter!

This is a good quality adaptor that fit my Bernina 1130 perfectly. I'm very satisfied and able to use many of the screw on low shank feet from my vintage Singer collection.

When I got it I double checked to make sure it fit on my machine, since that is where these adaptors usually have problems, but I didn't actually try to sew with it since it doesn't have any moving parts, I didn't realize there was anything else to check! Unfortunately, when I recently tried to sew with it, I discovered that it makes any feet I attach to it be off center! It's not by a lot, but it's enough that when I tried to use an invisible zipper foot, it didn't work correctly because one side sews it too far away from the zipper and the other side sews directly on the zipper, making it either unattractive or not functional, depending on which side is used.
