Wet shaving made easy on the bank balance with these safety razor blades at a fraction of the cost of Gillette. You get a hundred for less than a tenner. I shave once a week and the blade will do me for 3 or 4 shaves really, I tend to swap them now after the second shave because I have so many of them. They're well, razor sharp so be careful when handling, easy enough to take out of the box, I've got myself a wee tin to put the used ones in and there are places that'll take them to recycle if that's your thing. Quickly affixed to my safety razor and then I'm shaving away looking clean and respectable once more until the following week. Thinking about it, I've got about 8 years worth of shaves here for a very, very, reasonable price...........thing is, the wife likes Gillette because of the lubricating strip etc so I'll still have to keep forking out for them but thankfully not at much............

These razor blades come in a pack of 100, each one individually wrapped.The low price means that I am not hesitant to swap blades every 2-3 shaves, meaning that I am always working with the sharpest blade I have available. This is especially useful if you are somebody who shaves multiple parts of the body, like arms and legs, as it lets you change blades often.They are not as sharp as other blades, and if you are an inexperienced or lazy shaver, you may nick yourself, causing some bleeding and discomfort.All in all, they are well worth the price for the amount you get, and they have been a recurring purchase for me since I switched to a safety razor.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Very precise blade. Shave down-wards and never across and you will have the cleanest shave you've ever had - 4 Blades from Gillette? Pointless!

The prospect of 100 razor blades for under a fiver appealed enormously.On the plus side: They are exact fitting for standard use, individually wrapped, no sign of rust or any other badness. Each one laser cut with the manfacturers logo, etc.The down side: This is where your mileage will vary.The skin on my neck (where beard growth would be) is very sensitive to badly aligned / blunt / whatever blades. So much so that I use a hybrid system of a Braun electric razor and a manual system for the throat area. I'm in my mid forties, and have got used to the weirdness of keeping my skin happy.These blades left my skin so sore and angry I had to buy a bottle of nivea sensitive post shave balm, something I've not used in a decade or more. Thus defeating the object of the blades being cheap.I can make use of them around the house, but on my neck, no.

I bought these to use with the King C Gillette razor that came with similar blades but I couldn't find anywhere to purchase their brand. To me they seem shave just as well and are just as easy to handle/attach to the head. I tend to use each blade once or twice depending on hair length. Not had any problems with cuts so far. A really good buy to keep yourself stocked up. Definitely recommend.
