This the best termite killer out there. I've tried a few and this has been the most effective.

good product at reasonable price.poor packaging.

I’m seeing a lot of reviewers complain about no mix instructions - there is a label on the back of bottle that you peel back & it has a booklet type explaining all mix ratios & whether for foundations, lawns , etc . It ranges from 1/2 oz to one ounce per gallon for most uses . stuff works good for me

The termites were first seen on the lower part of a tree that is located several feet from our home. As I scraped off the dry mud-like surface off the affected area, let us call it the "crust", for lack of a better word, the termites receded into the inner part of the tree. At this point I generously sprayed the uncovered area and feared that I had not reached the termites themselves. Upon visually inspecting the affected area for the next several days, I have not identified any of the "crust" that was previously growing in the same area. The same day that I sprayed the tree I sprayed the perimeter of the home for good measure. I subscribed to continue receiving this product on a quarterly basis and I will repeat spraying the perimeter of my home as a preventive measure.

It works had a problem with carpenter ants in my bulkhead made a mix sprayed everywhere problem solved for now

Very effective against ants, roaches and garden pests.
