Finally I have finished this bag of paella rice. I wish I had continued to go with the more expensive rice in the one kilo bags. I struggled every time with this rice to make a really excellent paella. It was good, and well worth the price. But I have been working off of our 65cm pan and the absorption rate and volume were just not up to par with other more expensive varieties. Thanks for putting out an okay product at a fair price. My problem is, we always have such great and sometimes expensive ingredients in our paella that it is worth paying the extra dollars for a better rice. Enjoy this if you are okay with okay.

Great rice for paella and rice pudding. This big bag is good value if you make paella frequently.
