Is it legal to swing this during a stroke play competition to loosen up between holes?

I only use it on the driving range, 10-15 swings and then go directly to the driver, then work down to sand wedge. If you have time to use it during match play, I don't want to be in the foursome behind you...

Nope...it would be hard...would go with golf clubs but really not in baggage.
