Tei Fu is the best. I learned of it through acupuncture. It is great to use just a tiny dot of it on trigger (pain) points--rub it in--pain gone. For me, way better than biofreeze products. Massage lotion in the name is a little misleading, imo. It can be used in larger areas, but very sparingly, it is very strong. It is very slippery and can be manipulated over large areas like lower back, but i use just a dot the size of large pea for that. If your pores are open from sweating or massage, it can feel Very cold and may sting. Don't put a finger in your eye...you only will do that once. Trace amount massaged into sinus points relieves congestion for me. I really like to rub it onto a sore knee or lower back and apply a wet heating pad to the area--miracle stuff.

I have been using Tei Fu lotion for years. The best pain relief cream I have ever used. It doesn't burn as some do. I have arthritis in my feet and I use this stuff daily. I put it on before bed and I can fall asleep without pain keeping me awake. I put it on in the morning and it helps me get going. I love it for any type of muscle or joint pain. The smell is menthol-ly, but I happen to like the smell; it's comforting to me. A lot of people I know like it too. But, if you're looking for something without a medicinal odor, I wouldn't recommend it.

I absolutely love this product and use it everyday. It has helped me with many skin issues including severe itching (Not related to dry skin) when I get out of the water. The price was the best I have seen and free shipping was a deciding factor. It took a few extra days to get the product but the price was perfect and the wait was no big deal. Plus I never run out of Tei Fu. This product is versatile and the smell of camphor does not hang around all day.

Anyone at work that is hurting comes to me now to use it then orders their own. Great for neck stress & tension. Knee aches and pains. Tendonitis flare ups etc. Just a tiny for goes a long way.

It's called a massage lotion but I find it's the best product around to rub in for sore muscles, sprains, etc. I play tennis and use it when I feel an ache or muscle pain. Just make sure you wash/rub the residue off your applying hand as it stings if accidentally rubbed on the eye, etc.I was pleasantly surprised when this item arrived so quickly to my home in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
