Official DJI Phantom-4 drone batteries.
I ordered a pair of OEM DJI Phantom-4 drone batteries. Neither of them would take a charge. To be fair, in case my official DJI charger was bad, I bought another charger, but the results were the same. I returned the batteries and received a replacement pair, and the results were the same. Returned them for a refund, and ordered a pair of non-OEM batteries that work just fine. The DJI batteries have probably been sitting on a shelf for 7 years.

Great Replacement from Originals
Love these batteries! Its amazing how much battery life my old ones didn't have anymore compared to these. Buying these saved us from having to buy a whole new drone! Very happy.

None of the batteries worked
I purchased four batteries, but two of them were visibly swollen. One of the batteries was not a DJI brand, and three were unable to turn on or charge. The one battery that was able to charge had a damaged cell and was not usable for flight. They have been returned.

One battery not operational
The media could not be loaded. Ordered the 2 battery deal, one was great and the other wouldn't charge. Pictured is the one that wouldn't charge. the little metal piece in front of it was rattling inside of it so I turn the battery over and the little metal piece fell out. The battery has life but doesn't react to the charger, I suspect that the little metal piece hakes a connection inside. Not really wanting to return both batteries since the other one works but if that's what they require then I will. I will edit this when something changes.
