Great ice maker, two sizes of ice cubes, the crusher really crushes the ice and has cold water option also. First ice cube batch produced from powering up was in around five minutes. The machine is quite large on my kitchen worktop so keep that in mind.

Courier who delivered the package, just left it at the front door and walked off, luckily I found it before any porch pirates. Got it all unpacked and began to install. Thankfully, I did not plumb it into the main water supply but filled the tank with a jug. Crushed Ice was fantastic as was cold water, however, although the machine would create bullet ice cubes, it would not dispense them. Door to release the cubes would not open far enough so paying so much for a machine to make ice cubes is completely pointless. It is also quite large compared to other machines. Right now it is all packed up waiting for the seller to arrange collection, but contact is at a minimum. Quick enough to take your money, but slow to help. Parcel finally reached seller and they were good enough to give me a £20 amazon voucher for my trouble.

Gives a great choice of ice for your drinks,if I need cold water I just run the chilled water through my water jug and it's perfect. Love this machine!

Really like how quickly ice is produced. Great for parties. But be aware the ice is rather wet and when I transfer it to the freezer it all freezes into a small iceberg. Can be rectified by thumping with a rolling pin. Was hoping for a similar experience to the ice from an American fridge but alas the ice is not produced or stored at such a low temperature. Nevertheless, if you have the space it’s a useful piece of kit in a long hot summer.

Can’t leave it on. Can’t leave ice in it. It melts. Can only have it on when you want it. Very fast at making I’ve though

Its a massive machine!....makes ice in roughly 10 mins which is nice and quick.The decals inside the tank "MAX" are poor quality,mine is floating around in the water after 12 minutes turned on,Drip tray is plastic cover with chrome paint.poor finish touches.Trouble is it makes the ice/cold water taste like plastic, have flushed it trough now 20 odd times,still the same

Second machine first one flooded my kitchen as kept leaking a replacement sent in dec now this one is stating full when its empty the machine is huge looks nice but for the cost the performance and issues are bad wouldn't recommend
