Big but Poor quality product.
Very bad quality. Learn something from spooliag some company on Amazon. See the quality of he handle and to pour coffee is so easy because of this handle quality. Coffee concaotion is poor with ibell. Zero customer satisfaction product. Not even single cup coffee is collected in upper deck.

A decent moka pot in a decent price
Using a couple of days, I am writing this. Actually in this price range this product is amazing. Where Bialetti moka pot is very expensive. Crema formation is overall satisfactory but not upto the mark. And one more thing if u want use as a single cup go for "2 cup or 3 cup" moka pot. This is 6 cup. And ofcourse u have to use a fresh ground coffee in medium roast. Happy drinking.

Don't buy - poor built quality and fake warranty!
About seven weeks after purchase, the handle broke off from the turning pressure when I unscrewed the top, which is normal usage. Responding to my replacement claim, an Ibell representative then told me that "Physical damage will not be covered under warranty." Remarkably, the warranty conditions written on the warranty card exclude almost everything, including "normal wear and tear". This means that de facto, there is no warranty at all. Hands off!

Handle comes out in few uses
These mocha machines have issue with handles. This is my second one that is not rendered useful as the the handle came out cuz of cheap material and manufacture.
