Water bottle filler gets used a lot in this facility.
Ordered 2 sets. Had local plumber install. No issues. Replaced 23 year old water fountains that had seen their better days. The bottle filler has been a big hit.

Our plumber installed it easily, and our students love the system
We purchased this water fountain system for our school. The item arrived in just two days. Our plumber installed it easily, and our students love the system. Our city water tastes terrible, so the filter on the system takes out the awful taste. They also love the bottle filler. The cost for the item was lower than on other sites as well.

Very stylish dual water fountain. Not easy to install.
Replaced a similar dual water fountain we used for over 20 years. We are not professional plumbers, but adequate enough to be able to do plumbing and air conditioner installation. This was not easy to install, even though most of the water/drain/power connections were already in place because of the old water fountain. In fact, it appears that we received a unit that had been returned because the original buyer attempted to install one fountain and gave up.Pros:-- stylish appearance-- push bars have sensors, so small children don't need to push too hard-- works well, and bottle filler is a real bonus (we did not have one on old unit)Neutral:-- Our building water pressure is not that high, but we had to turn the screw to minimum to keep the water from spraying/splashing out of the basin. Cannot use pushbar to additionally control the water flow.-- Difficult to install, even if you have some plumbing/electrical experience. Otherwise, be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars to hire a plumber.-- water is cold, but definitely not as cold as our old fountain, even after adjustingCons:-- The surface is very polished which makes it look super nice when new/clean. But oily fingerprints show up readily, and if you have hard water (which we do) the water immediately causes water stains/residue. It's useless to try to use a specialty cleaner, as the water stains re-appear immediately upon next use. Our old water fountains had satin finish, so you never noticed the water stains nor fingerprints.-- Manual is both detailed and terrible. What is mentioned in the manual is detailed. But then other stuff is completely left out. After testing to make sure the fountain worked properly, one of the wire connectors accidentally got hooked and yanked loose during final installation of the covers. It took about an hour of looking through the entire manual and then poking around to find where it connected (and I am an electrical engineer by training). Neither that connector nor the hidden circuit board is mentioned at all in the manual nor schematics. As it turns out, the price suddenly dropped 50% on the day we made the final decision to buy! But when we got it, the wrapping on one of the fountains was missing, and there were very greasy fingerprint stains on that fountain. It should have been sold as open box instead of new. Too much trouble to return (100lbs), so Amazon granted an additional 10% discount. I later discovered that one of the snap-on sections was heavily greased at the joint. I am guessing the previous buyer gave up trying to install, and used grease to try to get the section to snap back place. The new fountain works fine, and every likes it. I think I'm the only one who notices the water stains.

Dumb Design
We replaced a 9 year old unit of the exact same configuration Elkay hi-lo + bottle filler. You’d think installing an exact replacement would be straight forward. Nope. They put the pcb board (electronics) for the filter and displays RIGHT NEXT TO THE WATER SUPPLY inlet. Literally right next to it. So, if there’s a leak, they’re guaranteeing you buy more parts from them in the future. This is called built-in obsolescence. Then, they tucked the cooler inlet pex into the chiller so you can’t find it because it looks like it’s just part of the several lines running into and out of the chilling unit styrofoam. And they failed to include drain parts that actually fit the drain spouts underneath the drain basins. I called them to ask how they expect a 1.5” drain to fit a 1.25” drain spout. She tells me oh we’ll get a drain kit out to you right away. I’m like no lady, that’s not gonna help. I’m installing this in my gym where I’ve already gotten the old one pulled off the wall. Now you’re telling me I have to go without a drinking fountain for 5 days??? AYKM?! I’m giving my members your number then to file complaints. Unreal. So, of course, I then had to goto Lowe’s to spend even more money on drain parts, as if spending $1,700 on this thing wasn’t enough. They also put sheet metal in places that used to be cut out, so good luck plugging the unit into the wall. Nope. There’s sheet metal blocking that now. And sheet metal literally blocks the drain pipes on the upper unit (left) when you think you’re done and just try to button things up. Nope. Now, you have to make sure you have metal shears on hand to cut the side of tat front cover so it clears your drain. Just the absolute worst design ever.
