As another reviewer said, the handle gets scarily hot when used on the hot setting. I assumed it would be a defect with only one of the products, but this is awful. It's been over 30 days since I purchased the product, so I cannot return. To deal with the manufacturer warranty, I will have to phone the company in Texas. Avoid!!

I bought this because it's the same manufacturer and looks just like the other that I replaced. My first one had a 1 year warranty and lasted 7 years. This one should last a lifetime with a longer warranty. It's lightweight and operates perfectly. The heat control and speed settings have more obvious distinctions than any other hair dryer I've had before. Nice to have that much flexibility.

This dryer is horrible. As professional hair stylist I find this one to be poorly constructed. The buttons are positioned so that they are constantly being turned off when you are working.The handle heats up to the point where you're burning your fingers about half way through a blow style. It is a very loud dryer.I wish I had returned it instead of kept it.But it is a cool color! And that is about the only positive thing I can think to say about this dryer.

I studied all the options in hair dryers, as my old Remington died and I was ready to get more power and options.This is by far the very best I found, and I couldn't be happier with the quietness and the softness I get when using the medium - yes, medium! - air power. I would definitely recommend this. Plus, it's very pretty (purple) and the cord resists the tangles that my dryers have been problematic in the past.

It’s hard to find a hair dryer that doesn’t blow your hair away when using a styling brush on low speed settings and medium heat these days. This product worked fine enough, but was a little too hot and still a bit too fast for my baby fine hair. It fried my ends a bit still, even being ceramic. Then today, sadly, setting it on it’s side while styling (off), the low speed stopped when I went to turn it back on. It’s now high-speed at both settings. It did this a couple other times, but worked itself out. Not today and I am just barely out of warranty. It lasted 14 months.
