Excellent Knifes, can't recommend enough.
Like any other Victorninox knife these knifes are excellent, they're sharp as a razorblade and after 6 months of continuous they have barely lost some of their edge but they still retain excellent fantastic sharpness.

Take care
Whilst razor sharp and good for fine slicing there's a design glitch as the serrated blade runs all the way down into the short handle. In my view the handle needs to be slightly longer with a gap/non serrated end part. I didn't immediately notice this and ended up with nasty cuts. I'm not sure this knife will last that long but it was inexpensive. Another time I'll save up for a better brand.

I was not expecting the edge to be serrated. It feels cheap. It was cheap It is very sharp.

Poor quality
Bought this knife in 2021 was excellent but this years model is rubbish in comparison. Nowhere near as sharp after a few weeks use
