Very shoddy construction. The handles are flabby plastic, and the metal is cheap and low quality. You can buy this poorly made colander at your local Asian store for $3.99. Avoid.

Item is a gift for someone, so I have not used it. It appears to be of good quality. I like that it came with the storage bag.

This is a great colander if you are draining or straining foods that you want to capture in the colander instead of losing in the sink. I bought it so that I could strain kefir grains without losing them, but it will also be the perfect colander for draining pasta, vegetables, and any other food. The rubber ring on the bottom keeps it from sliding, and the openings in the basin are very small and will keep even the smallest particles from being lost. That it's made of stainless steel means I don't have to worry about its melting, as plastic colanders do, and it's so easy to keep clean. Customer service for this company is wonderful--very friendly, accesible, and helpful.

Solid colander. Works as expected, looks nice and came super fast. No complaints here after several uses. Love that it is dishwasher safe!

I really like this colander. It's quite wide so it is able to handle a large pot of pasta at once. I especially like that the holes are smaller enough that angel hair pasta and other smaller food items can't escape. The product is very aesthetically pleasing and is easy to clean. My one complaint would be that the silicone ring on the bottom of the colander that prevents scratching of other surfaces or movement of the colander in the sink during use is not permanently affixed to the product. It usually falls off when I wash it and I worry that over time it may become stretched and will no longer stay on. Other than that, it's a great product!In the spirit of full disclosure, I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback.

The colander feels great to use and I really like the green handles. This is top quality colander, and like all good kitchen gear it makes cooking a much more positive experience.

I like this colander very much, it's great if you love big bowls of salad since its size allows to rinse huge quantities of greens. Also great to rinse rice and buckwheat.
