two pairs that broke while trying to untwist
I'd read the reviews about the ear muffs being difficult to untwist, but they were nearly impossible to untwist for me and especially my ear muff novice kids. Within 5 minutes of receiving them, the ear pads had broken off of one side on each. Perhaps okay for gentler, more experienced hands, but not for our rough & tumble family!

My Daughter Loved These
It is not that could where I live, however my daughter loved these and worn them many time. The only thing she did not like is they automatically twist up and being 5 year old it was just a little hard for her to figure this out at first. However, she got the hang of it.

Getting the headband straightened out is a bit of trouble but definitely work great keeping my ears warm and toasty.
