Excellent book about trying again!
I highly recommend this book. My toddler now has it memorized and she repeats phrases from it when she gets frustrated.

Love this series!
We’ve purchased quite a few of their books for our autistic son who LOVES to read. Gentle reminders, with encouragement on new ways to solve issues has been a great tool in helping him succeed. Will continue to buy more!

Amazing! Enormously helpful for my toddler.
I can’t say enough good things about this book. My 2-year old loves to have us read it, and it sunk in with him so quickly. Within a couple of weeks of reading it occasionally, he was saying “twy ‘gain ty” when he came across a challenge, dropped something on the floor, etc. that might normally lead to a meltdown. We parents try to say it too when we mess up to demonstrate that we’re all just trying our best and it’s ok. It’s a huge help for little ones to have words for feelings, to build emotional health and resilience by understanding everyone makes mistakes or has accidents, and that it’s ok, and we dust ourselves off and try again. It’s written in full yet very clear and accessible terms, and the pictures showing what went wrong and showing kids trying again are great—it all just clicks for kids. This is a really invaluable book and I’m going to buy some for friends who have toddlers too. Such a worthwhile investment in your child learning resilience, grit, and self-compassion early on, in tangible, age-appropriate ways they like and can really use in their little days. Buy this book!

Confidence builder
Try again time is a delightful board book to encourage your child to keep trying. It Los affirms there’s no shame in failing, just keep trying. I also love that there are children of diverse races in the book.

Perfectly simple
This is a perfectly simple book for my 3 year old. He can grasp the concepts and it has been referenced many times when he needs to practice “trying again”

Never give up
I use this simple book with elementary kids for therapy. Illustrations and written message help frustrated kids learn it’s okay to make a mistake.

Love this book, great message
I really like reading this book to my son. It helps him to keep trying for difficult things. Not difficult to read at all for him.
