These things actually work. Defined my jaw by a lot. You have to be consistent with it. Doesn’t really help with puffy cheeks though.

You can feel the burn after a few reps. Easy to use and clean. Worth trying if you want to strengthen facial muscles.

The squeakiness of the rubber is intolerable.This device works no doubt. I've noticed that I have a sharper jaw line after several weeks of use. Unfortunately, there's a small removable piece that conforms to your individual teeth that has become loose. This small piece is attached by only two small anchor pieces of plastic so there is no robust attachment point.I purchased the four-piece kit for $45.98. I'm somewhat happy with the kit, but there are definitely areas that can be improved. For one, a more pliable and pleasing type of rubber that doesn't squeak during the "chewing" motion. And there must be a better way for the area that your teeth sink into to be more robust to where it doesn't fall out during your jaw exercises.I have mixed feelings on this jawzrsize device. It's not cheap at almost $46.00. The quality is not what it should be. It does work, but there are sacrifices when using the device such as major squeaking (which drives me crazy).I can only rate this item three stars and don't recommend it due to durability issues.

This is actually my first time buying the total contour pack, but in the past, I’ve purchased these separately. I’ve been using mine for one year and yield these results. Try it today!!

I purchased the set to even out the strength of my jaw muscles. For about a year I had a wisdom tooth that was causing me some pain. It wasn't excruciating, but it was enough to make me avoid chewing on the right side of my mouth. After I got the wisdom tooth removed and my gums healed, I noticed that when I would eat food, the right side of my jaw would become sore from chewing. Basically my right jaw muscles were weaker than my left. So I got this jaw exercising set to hopefully even out my jaw strength. I definitely think these things work to help build jaw strength as I've been using them regularly and now my jaw feels almost even. I personally haven't noticed any difference visually in my jaw and no one has commented on any change so I can't speak to the results of how this might tone your jaw visually. I think these were a bit pricey for what they are, lack and they lack durability especially given the price. I've been using them medium strength one Aunt after about 2 weeks. I can see where my teeth are already cutting into the silicone at the point where you bite down. I am still able to use the piece but I don't know how much longer it'll last. Overall I'm pretty happy with it as my goal was to build symmetrical jaw strength and I have actually had the improvement there.

You can definitely tell when you are using this. After the first couple days expect your jaw to be sore while eating. The different resistances are nice as you can slowly work your way up to the highest one. Easy to use while driving or sitting around watching tv.

I've started with the beginner exerciser and that really works. I have TMJ and I was hesitant if this would make my jaw pop a lot and it doesn't pop at all. I can feel the muscles being worked out very well. I'd definitely recommend this.
