If used on jewelry will it leach onto skin?

As this is a wax based product, I do not believe it would "leach" onto the skin, but it would not hold up very long on a surface that was touched by the skin. However, If you want to use it as a contrast on say a filagree ring or pendant, where it would be protected by the intricate surface, then I believe it could last for some period of time.

Can you use this for faucet fixtures?

It would provide a nice finish but would not last with use.

I have an iron bed that I’d like to enhance. Will this be durable once dried?

Yes, but I would spray with a clear lacquer just to make sure it doesn't rub off in wear places. It dries to touch - it doesn't feel or look like wax once you put it on.

Will it work for metal door hinges ? Want to cover the brass with black or an oiled rubbed bronze look.

It should work fine for that. I've used it on all kinds of metal surfaces.
