It's very comfortable to use and adapts well to my regular-sized female hand. The blade is quite sharp and worked perfectly well while giving a shaggy haircut to my daughter. The razor comes with 10 additional replacement blades, so I have tool for many haircuts in the future, since I'm just a "hobbyist", meaning, I only cut my family's hair -although I've been doing it for more than 20 years-. I'm not a professional, neither a beginner, though.I love the color and the unbeatable price. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a dependable tool of this sort.

This razor suited my personal needs just fine. I am not a professional stylist and just wanted a new texturizing razor to do my bangs, sides and short hair. My last razor was very hard to find replacement blades for. This razor works well, fits my small hands, is well balanced and is sharp. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Ever since the pandemic I’ve been cutting my mom and my hair. I couldn’t quite get my mom’s short haircut and style the way I wanted. I decided to razor her hair to add texture and movement and it was just what it needed. Easy to use and very sharp. Works well on my hair too, especially for layering.

Decided to start cutting my hair myself. I remember my stylist used a similar razor for thinning. This one worked well once I got comfortable with it, and the replacement razors fit quite well. HOWEVER, the Facon blades which can be ordered after you've used up the included supply DO NOT fit well. BUT, that's not a big deal since folding over a strip of clear packing tape will make them fit perfectly.

I have seen these texture razors used so many times in haircuts and heard much about how much they can add to a hairstyle so I wanted to try one and this was the first result. It was a bit pricier than other options but it had ten extra razor blades and good reviews. I decided to get the fun multicolor one and expected it to look a bit cheap but I was shocked by how nice and weighty it felt. The razor also comes with a nice plastic guard and sleeve to carry it with your tools. I've used it on a couple haircuts now and although I'll have to see later on how much it is able to add to the haircut, for one of them I was able to achieve a good amount more volume on the top of the head by thinning out towards the ends. The main two ideas on how to use it I have observed in Dan Gregory's videos is if you thin out towards the root, you can achieve more collapse of the hair, and if you thin out closer to halfway-end of the hair, you can get the hair to stand up more. I would only say the finger hole isn't the most practical for the angles you want when thinning out the hair. That is not a fault of the product though as it is designed like most other products of this type. I don't typically use it perpendicular to reduce length to the hair but if you are doing that the product willl be nice to hold. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this razor so I could cut my hair myself since every hairstylist I've ever gone to could not cut my hair the way I wanted to. The razor itself it really pretty and it's really sharp. It comes with with 1 razor already in place and replacement razors. It has a nice hand feel and it's got a nice weight to it without it being either too heavy or too lightweight. The shape of the handle is also very comfortable. It took me about 1 hour to cut my hair because I have a lot of hair but the razor itself is really sharp and cut through my hair effortlessly. My hand wasn't tired after either nor was I struggling to reposition my hand when I was cutting at different angles. Overall I am extremely happy with this razor and recommend it to anyone looking for a good sharp stylish razor.

I have shorter hair. As our 5 children were growing up, I've cut their hair, as well as, trimmed mine. The regular scissors worked well, but they always made the hair look a little choppy. Now, I go to the salon for hair cuts and they always use a razor to trim my hair. I'm excited to use this for trims between hair cuts and have it look smooth, not choppy. I'm sure there will be a learning curve, but am excited to learn. My goal is to cut my own hair and not go to the salon at all, but will see. I've only used this razor once, but am very impressed with the quality. It has a little weight to it, I like the placement and size of the finger hole, and it's really sharp! I've been told I have thicker hair and it effortlessly cut thru it. As a bonus, it's purple (my favorite color) and, as another bonus, it comes with 10 replacement blades. I would definitely recommend!
