This is not what I thought I was ordering and am dissatisfied by that.

(Not weighted) fit ball
Hey my PT asked me to order. Not exactly the same thing. The 1st one my dog got a hold of and popped it. The second one did not come with the plug for the inflation navel.

Great for rehab
Rehabbing my shoulder. I press the ball between my back and the chair back then arch. Good for stretching. Good for Isometrics too.
