I needed a way to practice positions at home that required a rope wall, as I had done when my yoga studio was still open. This sling allows for excellent, safe positioning at home. Very pleased with the product.

I was doing back extensions with the strap around my waist and about 5 feet off the ground when the strap broke and I came crashing down and almost broke my arm. I am 166lbs. Be careful.

My 8-year-old is so into gymnastics and continuously jumps all over the couches and in the middle of the living room this definitely helped her explore other things and she absolutely loves it! Also I trust that she's not going to get hurt on this like she does on the darn couches jumping around like an actual lunatic!! Haha so yes highly recommend!

I enjoy stretching to improve flexibility and strength. I wholeheartedly recommend this item. I find exercises using this stretch band theraputic and it promtes wellbeing.

I was hesitant about purchasing this at first as other people have said it's better for children and threading has come loose.I can say this is well sewn and can hold 265 lbs in the air! Can use it as a hammock to sit in as well as stretching, the silk material is very soft (slightly stretchy) I do love it. Will purchase again. In time the threading will have to be reinforced.

This product is decent, but it can cause damage to the door. I am only 100 lbs, and my weight on it was enough to do damage.
