I have been having for over 25 years and thr biggest rule of thumb is to pre and post load your vitamins. Now that I'm older this is even more important because I'm too tired and the recovery after a festival takes too long and I got things to do like be a mom and go to work. I came across this and thought I'd give it a try since it has pretty much all my usual vitamins regimen plus extras... but in only a 3 pill serving. Much easier to take in. I tested it out for a one day event and I had to say I did feel pretty good after. That time I did the 1 day pre... and like 2 days post. I wanted to test it out because I was attending Tomorrowland soon after. I put it to the test this summer foe Tomorrowland as it wad a 3 day festival plus I was traveling still abroad after the event. This time I took it 3 days before Day 1... then tried to follow the instructions taking it closer to 6 hours before the partying started.... then 3 days after. All I gotta say is I can't believe I managed to hang through all that. It definitely helped me recoup. Like I was at least able to get good sleep... eat well the next day... and energy to keep going. I'm definitely sold on Rave Doctor. Made it much easier packaged into one bottle. Party responsibly everyone!

What can I say? Taking this before and after a festival is game changing, especially if you're doing extracurricular activities. I notice a HUGE difference in the effects of said activities when taking this before and how I feel after compared to not taking this at all. Sleeping is much easier and I am able to function without feeling like I lost a part of my brain. There is no taste and I haven't had any upset stomach or adverse effects. I will say, please do your research on what this does. You can have very bad reactions to 5HTP if you're on SSRIS. I've had friends who took this while on them and had their weekends ruined. What works for me is taking this once a day for 3 days before the festival, waiting 24 hours after, then taking it for 2 more days. I highly recommend not taking this 24 hours before/after ingesting our friend that starts with a M. Also, these WILL absorb moisture from the air and get absolutely disgusting if left out, keep them in the bottle with the desiccant and they will last the whole year.

Used before 4 day party trip to Nashville! I’m getting older (still acting young lol) but I refuse to grow old!My husband, myself and friends in Nashville all had taken these before drinking, I had bought so had taken a few days even before trip!We drank from pretty much noon everyday until 2 am and I swear we all said we recovered way better than usual. (All in our 50’s)had to send Amazon link to all of my friends so they could order for future.Definitely Ordering again! Effective and didn’t seem to interfere with sleep quality. Only thing is, definitely eat something small when taking, you will burp up the taste a little if you don’t eat at least something when taking. They don’t taste well at all, but who cares, I had a blast, recovered and enjoyed my super fun trip with my husband and 6 other great friends!

I 100% Recommend and have attempted many festivals over the years. I have tried a few of these different brands of festival supplements to avoid feeling run down and unfocused. The other brands I tried were okay but the vitamins were massive and the ingredients were too unfamiliar.Meanwhile, I used these vitamins for Sol Fest in April and LOVED them. They were exposed to either water damage or expired earlier than the label showed because the vitamins showed discoloration. This could easily have been my user error as I got them in April. I emailed the online support asking what to do because I wanted to use them for EDCO that week and they didn't expire for another year. They expedited a replacement order for me and I was able to get an entire new bottle in time for EDCO.I took them 3 days before, then each day of the festival, and 3 days after. The mental clarity and immunity boost were just what I needed as I went from EDCO straight to another trip. I would recommend this product based on the product, customer service, response time, and overall size and dosage.
