The gears gets damaged in no time. Repairs takes long time. Avoid this brand at all. Real power is 350w. Not 2100w as advertised.

Not a good product
The brand name is very good, hence the product is NOT good and recommended, I used once, it the blade got damage, the rubber that was holding the rolling pin got damage for one used. The item got easily rusted.I just hope that it could have been change

Bad customer service
Bad after salsa fake promises bo Warranty item broke down after 3 times I used they refused to repair or replace and worst they made me pay for shipping to service center and promise a refund item still not working and no refund am gone get another one from Noon.com atleast they will assist if item stop working
