This is a concentrated powdered extract and the dosage is marked on the package. Either measure it with the right size spoon or use a gram scale. I use a spoon and dissolve it in hot water, tea or coffee. Otherwise if you have a capsule machine you can make your own blend of supplements, in which case you will need to do the math to determine how much of your custom mixture goes in each capsule so that you are taking the right dosage. Just use mushroom powder or fresh mushrooms, garlic (and other aromatics,) and corn starch. It's pricey and overrated.

Support for overall health. It has been working very well . I have noticed a change in feeling better and more energy, etc.

Used a tablespoon in our morning smoothie which added a woody flavor to the blueberry taste. Did some research online and the consensus of opinion on this Perilla powder is to use it in beef dishes and stews. I think I'll try this as I think it WILL taste good with cooked meat dishes vs raw fruits and veggie smoothies.

Product is superior to what I received a year ago. I’m becoming very impressed with all of their supplements.

You are not getting main ingredient you need. Also way too sweet
