I like this
This has shown up as a sponsored ad in my social media feeds frequently and the video showing a female doing circuit of exercises sold me. The web-site only shows clips of push-up positioning which I believe is seriously limiting the potential customers - the video of the HIIT circuits (I've now seen two different ones) makes this a really super piece of home equipment. Covering Agility Steps, Lunge Swings, Side Planks, 3 Way Mtn Climbers, Burpee Squat Press, Push-up Crossovers, Mat Jumps, Twisting Hops, and more! What I like...I can do a lot of push-ups and hold a plank for long time, only my wrists fatigue in the bent position. This bar allows for hand grip position and it is solid with options for close and wide stance, vertical and horizontal. The weight of this is only 4.4 lbs (just weighed it.) You can take this with you to the park to do exercises! I guess if you wanted to add weight to the bar for training, you could wrap wrist weights on the edges (just make sure they are on securely so don't fall off and bop your head.)The material is strong and solid. I don't know what it is but liken it most closely to whatever they make those composite dog chews shaped like bones from (Nylabone types.) It is a smooth surface and does not have any smell. Metal bars leave a metal smell on your hands, this won't do that.I have a Bosu ball so can couple this to add variation to plank/push up stability exercises. In all, it's a nice gadget. I can see it being used more often that some other home exercise equipment I have.I purchased here because the price was same as on web-site and Prime delivery plus Amazon easy returns is preferred. It does not come with any carrying bag (likely need to hang it on a hook in garage or closet or work out room) and does not come with any manual or chart or suggested exercises. The web-site is limited as to what it offers, as I pointed out above. I think they should add the HIIT workouts to the web-site, too, and maybe a dedicated "user" section with exercises detailed out and some work-outs. Doesn't have to be a ton, but some would be nice. The video clips there are just push-up form demos and not really "relatable" to a wider audience who would be able to use this well if shown the possibilities.I recommend if you work out, especially if you are a free lance or own business personal trainer who takes clients out or has classes in the park/at the beach. You could do a lot of different exercises with this and it's fun, good work out.

Beast
This thing is kind of a beast. If you have a large half ball (I use the Yes4All) it fits nicely and adds a component of balance to the strength training of pushups. Works in the floor by itself also. Ruggedly built. If you want to add an additional level of challenge to your pushup workout, I'd recommend this equipment

Makes push ups easy
Huge bosu fan but these definitely are worth the investment! Durable and get the job done! Have a messed up wrist so this definitely helps with push ups!

Quality
Quality made! Comfortable , strong, I’m a larger guy trying to get back into shape! Durable, strong, and fits the bosu ball perfectly but can be used on an exercise ball as well. Looking forward to using it to get back in shape!

Versatile Fitness Gismo
Since I love all things BOSU, I am not really sure what took me so long to grab one of these gizmos! This quality made and sturdy instrument by BOSU, makes a BOSU even more versatile. I especially like the three handle positioning to hit my pecs in a variety of angles. Very happy with this purchase.

Get ready to work the chest and arms
The Helm works great!! I like it better than regular push up bars. This actually focuses on the certain areas of the body plus some extra. Using it with the BOSU balance trainer make it a plus. It forces you to use all of your muscles to keep a good balance.

Nice core workout!
I've been working out 16 years now from calisthenics, bodybuilding, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, etc so I would consider myself at an advance level. The Helm workout equipment is a great addition to your workouts for all fitness levels. You can use it on the ground, bosu ball, TRX bands, balance ball, etc. Where it really excels is using it on a balance ball and setting your feet high on a box (almost like a handstand/incline pushup position). You're simultaneously doing strength and core training because you have to stabilize your core alot to even do a pushup. Basically you'll feel it in your abs, chest, shoulders, back and even legs and glutes from having to stay balanced. Lightweight, sturdy, and 3 different hand positions for a variety of workouts. If you want to challenge yourself, give your joints & ligaments a rest from heavy weights, and get a quality workout definitely give this a try!

Excellent Variation on a Theme
The idea is always engaging muscle fibers in new and challenging ways; this much we all know. Well, have fun with this unit...because your daring, strength, and creativity are the limits; this will engage the new and varied and relieve your boredom (not that I've ever actually suffered from that). On the full ball things get very interesting and exhaustion points are not hard to find in the early going and just when you thought you were making notable headway a tip to one side of a few inches and the fun begins again. And if it's a bit too much for you, the thing is strong enough to use for a tire block for you 3/4 ton pickup (not a recommended use I imagine). If your chest and tricep strength is lacking this will get you headed in the right direction but understand that there will be some initial frustration if you do not ease into it from floor to half ball to full ball. Recommended.
